Dstv Now App Recurring Issue with streaming

A recurring issue on your Dstv Now app says that "the device is registered to another user". A brand new device that I bought myself. I've raised this over 5 times with Dstv and the problem still occurs.

I'm directed towards live chat for assistance where you need to wait 20 minutes for a response.

Please fix it, permanently. As inconvenient as it may be, I will cancel and stream sports elsewhere - at least I will save a grand a month.
