Dstv now app not working

Dstv now app not showing all my channels, when calling the customer service number I was told that as long as the decoder plays there's no problem. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am a premium paying customer and the package allows me to access the dstv now app, your app is not working and it's a problem, all I got is two reference numbers.

Also your dstv live chat is a joke as no one responds yet you claim 3 minute responses.

Resolve your issue or reimburse me. I did not pay for a premium package to only have access to half of the services available to me.
