DSTV Now app not working

I have been trying to view catch-up on the DSTV NOW app. The catch-up does not load and it says that the video cannot be played as it is an issue on the side of DSTV. When i tried to access live chat, the consultant told me to refresh my browser and try again. He then said thank you and wanted me to rate the interaction. This is totally unacceptable. Why does DSTV advocate and promote a service that does not work?
