Dstv Now App not working

I have several times made contact with MultiChoice regarding our Dstv Now App not working. We cannot even access CatchUp among other things and the error reads that we are not premium customers. YET WE ARE! All the agents that have assisted me have given me a different reason as to why this occurred yet none come up with a workable solution.

PLEASE FIX IT MULTICHOICE! Your service is appalling!!!
