DStv now app, not their

I am writing about the DStv now app, ever since they did a big upgrade a few months ago where no one could sign into the app, it has gone downhill from there, no subtitles for the hearing impaired, even after so many years since its launch, with every update on the app, for some reason one cannot watch the channels on DStv, it is as if their IT department doesn't know what they are doing, completely useless app to have, and it is dstv's own fault, all they were after was money and they didn't quite spend their money into their DStv now app, so take it from me, think twice before downloading the app, do your homework, as I did mention to them a few times during the past years that they need to get subtitles in for their hearing impaired clients, was told that they will look into it, I hope as it has been ever since they launched the app.
