Dstv Now App not available on my Samsung smart Tv.

Dstv Now App not available on my Samsung smart Tv. My Samsung smart tv supports all other streaming apps (netflix, amazon, youtube etc) but it cant find Dstv Now app. I have already enquired/spoken to Samsung South Africa about the same thing and they responded by saying that the issue is not with them but with the app developer because all they do is to house the app. Please assist
