DSTV Now app - No support!!!!

DSTV now app is a complete waste of time! Been experiencing issues with the app where it is not working properly since April on multiple devices. I can only see a limited number of channels on the app and most are blocked / not available despite being a premium subscriber. Logged 6 calls via telephone, whatsapp and chat with Multichoice since April 2020 and keep getting told someone will get back to me. After all the logged calls and 5 months have not had a single call back from Multichoice in an attempt to resolve the matter. Companies that treat customers this poorly truly don't deserve to be in business.... Catch a wake-up Multichoice, you've become stale and arrogant and deserve to be disrupted by your competitors!!!

Hi Stephen,

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused and for the negative experience that you've had. MultiChoice’s mission is to always strive towards providing a service of world-class standards, and thus your recent unsatisfactory experience is regarded with all seriousness

As per telecom, we have linked *** as your active DStv Now profile.

As mentioned, up to four devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets, media players, computers) can be registered to use a particular instance of DStv Now. And any two of these can run DStv Now and stream content at the same time. If you see an error that you’ve reached the maximum number of devices, or that you’ve reached the two device streaming limit, here’s how to check who’s using your login details:

  1. Open DStv Now app (smartphone or tablet)
  2. Go to More > Settings > Manage Devices
  3. If you don’t recognize a device, click on it and hit ‘Remove Device’

Kind regards,
DStv: Hello Peter Team

Best regards,
