DSTV Now App keeps Freezing on Apple TV

Extremely irritated with the DSTV Now App on Apple TV. Mostly when watching SuperSport channels it freezes every 5-10 seconds… Please don’t even try to tell me its my network connection. Here is my troubleshooting to conclude its the App on the Apple TV platform.

1. I have multiple Apple TV’s. Same thing happens, only on SuperSport channels. 2. I have changed networks, same thing happens. 3. I have soft rebooted all the Apple TV’s. Problem still occurs. 4. I have downloaded the DSTV Now app directly on my Smart TV, and problem is resolved. 5. I deleted the App on Apple TV and re-installed. Same thing happens. 6. Any other App on Apple TV (Netflix in 4k, Showmax, Youtube, etc) works smoothly without any interruptions. 7. I did a network speed test whilst experiencing the issue, no issues on network speed. 8. I did a continuous ping from my laptop on the same network to a public IP whilst experiencing this issue and received no drops in my network connection.
