DStv Now App is useless.

Watching items on Catch Up (on the DSTV Now app) is almost impossible! We have a 10mbps line, use an iPad and cast onto our tv using Apple TV. Our Netflix and Showmax works perfectly, never had a single issue. But trying to watch shows on DSTV Now is such a frustration... I don't understand why the Catch Up videos can't just buffer like a YouTube video. It stops playing almost every other minute. Usually the screen freezes but the sound continues. We have tried leaving it, pause-play, move back, restart etc. It takes an hour to watch a 20 minute show! It's like this every evening, but seems to work better during the morning/day (when we work and don't watch TV). There must be a better way!
