Dstv Now app is horrible and no support

The DSTV Now app has been very painful! Showing many error messages and advertising shows which never work because they either don't have the license or don't know how to give their customers access. And don't get me started on the service. It is shocking. I spoke with Lucy Dube on what should've been a live chat but the response was slower than emailing someone. And she was of no help, asking me personal questions about my internet connecting when I assured her that was not the issue. Very disappointing!
