DStv now app hacked!!!!

I’ve been having a problem with DStv. Someone has been logging into my DStv now app and no matter how many times I remove them, they return. This is a huge security risk to me and my personal details. I have tried to resolve this with DStv but I was told to find the person and log them out (if I knew who it was, I would have). I have decided to not renew my membership, rather safe than sorry.
