Dstv now app down
I am referring to the reference INC-505561. Please note that all devices still gets the same error. Cannot log into Dstv Now.48hours expired. Live chat assistant Duduzile cannot fix my problem and ignoring my messages for more than an hour now. Had no problem with Dstv Now app, but since Thursday I cannot log in on any of the connected devices. Spending many hours on live chat, but error still not fixed

Do you get the error on all Catch Up titles or only specific titles or Live TV ?
Do you have any VPN or Proxy service?
Do you get the same error on a different connection?
Please also provide the IP address which you can get by typing " What is my IP address" on google, note that this would need to be done on the device in question.
