Dstv now app doesn't work

I have been struggling with my Dstv now app for months. The app doesn't work. When I login with my details it says invalid details, and then I try to reset my password. Everytime when I reset the password it says an error has occurred but immediately after I get an email saying my password has been changed. When I try to login with the new password, my details are invalid again. I have contacted dstv call center for help and a lady by the name Nzunzuko left me to talk alone on the phone. This is frustrating as the dstv now is part of the dstv package which I pay for month to month.
