DSTV Now App does not wor****

It is the second time that my dstv now app say I have no content available, first occassion I went for 2 days without viewing. All I am told is clear cache and it never works. It is happening again, I am told to clear cache to no success. This is a paid service and if uptime is a problem I demand that I get paid for days I am offline
