Dstv Now Account Hacked

Once your dstv account is hacked it's game over. Dstv has no measures in place to recover your account. I've changed my password to my dstv account over 10 times and yet the unauthorized still has access to my account. My dztv now account has a device that keeps using my account to waych dstv and prevents me from streaming. It's as simple as ensuring when a password changes you log out out of all active sessions. I have tested this, when I change my password any other logged in session you can still whatever you want. Also why is there no 2 factor authentication? I am disappointed in Dstv I have been trying to get this resolved for months and all their agents are utterly *********** in resolving the matter. I've run out of options all I can now is continue paying R1000 for dstv and getting mistreated. Thank you so much multichoice.
