Dstv now account complain

I phoned dstv about my dstv now account that has been blocked for no reason. We are just 2 people on the account. I spent more than R200 airtime and they told me that they will come back to me. This is really making me furious. If they don't sort out my dstv now account i will cancel my dstv and make sure that more other people will also cancel their dstv aswell because this is bad service you get from them
