I am a premium subscriber and have been for at least 15 years. DSTV Now from it's inception has been plagued with issues. The first thing they will ask you is what device are you watching off. Recognize this as the first point of deflection as to the real issues. Because, the truth is it doesn't matter what device you are using there will be intermittent issues on all of them, maybe not at the same time but on at least either tablet, cellphone or laptop. I have no interest to contact their Centre anymore as this has never gone anywhere in the past when I di so. Current problem is DSTV Now not streaming on any laptop blacks out and freezes. I have done the suggested clearing of cookies and cache etc. doesn't help and no other suggestions available. So what now DSTV? I'm not interested in ******* and run arounds, I don't have time to chase you, after all I am the customer and a good paying one at that.
