Dstv not worth it

I made an EFT payment on the 31st of Jan to the wrong account. I phoned multichoice and emailed them the proof of payment. They helped me nicely....but 3 days later the service was disconnected. So I phoned again, explained the whole story again. They helped me nicely...but 3 days later the service was disconnected again. So I phoned again....today I have been disconnected AGAIN. So I went into a dstv shop...now apparently I owe R310..because the dont see any payment since November 2023. So I phoned multichoice again...and I keep getting cut off. How hard is it...to allocate a payment. I am so glad that I have stopped my DSTV subscription. It's not worth the hassle.
