DSTV not worried to keep customers happy

Hi, I have been trying for a while now to get DSTV channel 148 which is on DSTV Access package to get their catchup correct but sadly to no avail. There are 2 TV shows that are not up to date even after they promised it would be. Arendsvlei has never been on catchup so if you miss an episode you cannot catch up to view due to loadshedding. Binnelanders was fine till 12th June & for some reason they have stopped putting catch up on again. I hate doing chats online as it is not always easy to explain what you want to say in writing. These days no one wants to be bothered to speak to a person, only on chats so they can take their time to answer you. This is very bad publicity. I don't have time to watch the episodes on a Saturday cause of housework.
