dstv not working

Recently bought a dstv at ok i ws happy nt knowing dt the dstv wil be the start of my problems the guy came to install nd later the dish ws nt working <br> Called him nd he told me wt to do nd the tv started playing after a week I got an error message dt the is no signal or bad comnection <br> Called him he came nd fixed it later when I come home frm work the tv is now playin m now gettin the error message the guy come check the dish nd tells me to get a new dish as dt one is nt working anymore wt saddness me is the dish snt even have three months now this had dish at home for so many years nd we never experienced this
