DSTV not useful at all

Hello, i recently wrote about my experience with DSTV and disappointments i got from them. I went back to the their walk in center in Randberg to get clarity of why DSTV are saying iam owing them. The agent and supervisor came to my aid saying they will assist me and the Supervisor Mr Bheki Ngomane said he will personally speak with Price Lock department and phone me back but unfortunately he didnt phone me.

I cancelled the price lock contract in March 2019 and i got a quatation in order to close the deal according to the agent. I paid 1500 + 200 to mek it R1700 and then the services were disconnected and since that time i never had services. Then they started debiting me in November 2019 amount of R619 , the money that is questionable. Why i am i being debited or asked money when i paid up what i was asked to pay by the DSTV agents. This is really upsetting , am not happy at all. I spend more than 3hrs call durations trying to fix this but none worked.i drove more than 3 times to Randberg center to resolve this but non worked.

Who is going to pay for my airtime , petrol and bad credit record
