DSTV not treating customers fairly

The e-movie channels will apparently be closed from 1 April 2022 and DSTV will not provide alternative movie channels or reduce the subscription price. This is not in line with the "Treating customers fairly (TCF)" regulations. In fact, they ask customers to pay an additional R100 for 3 extra movie channels. DSTV should either provide alternative movie channels at no extra cost or reduce the subscription price.
