DSTV- Not Treating Customer Fairly

In in July I over payed DSTV Instead of paying R510 I payed R5100. Since then I sent through all supporting documents needed in order for my the payment to be reversed back into my account, I have not received the payment to date, which is October. I have spoken to different consultants with whom I explain what happened and they confirm that the payment will be reversed, but that doesn’t happen. I have submitted all supporting documentation. Over and above a debit order was loaded on my account without my authorization. No courtesy to call me by Team Leads.
