DStv not transparent to their clients

There is not any point to lodge a complaint against DStv on this forum. This is a public forum, where we air our complaints in public, for all to see. But DStv replies in secret to the complainant - probably because they do not intent - or do not have the capacity - to deal with their problems. They do not want to make any commitment to their clients at large. That is why we see the same complaints being repeated ad museum. For example, we all want to know why DStv continues dropping worthwhile channels from their offering, and if they ever replace them, it is by cheaper unpopular channels.
