DSTV Not to be trusted.

I was given a reward upgrade through the DSTV app. it was for the month of August starting on the 1st. My service was upgraded from Compact + to Premier and would revert back to Compact on the 1st September. needless to say this did not happen and I have been charged the full Premier price for a supposed free upgrade Trying to sort this out but it looks like I am being pushed from piller to post.

The service from your call center leaves a lot to be desired, two calls both ended in a long wait with annoying music, waiting for a manager who never answers any calls.
Get your act together a bad call center can destroy a business no wonder your trust rating is so bad.
