Dstv not returning emails phone call or your money
Goodday i have a query that multichoice isn't sorting out they owe me R614 credit that is on my account as i don't have dstv anymore i phoned 6 times already i wrote them emails and phoned again then they asked for bank verification statements that i also sent them still nothing i don't know how we must get back our money from them but if you owe them something the same-day your services will be cut off

28 Sept 2019, 21:17good day i am still waiting for my credit to be paid i phoned 4 different people emailed them the documents they wanted and still i am waiting for my credit to be paid back and no response from multichoice when you phone them you also can't speak to the person who helped you so everytime you have to speak to a new one and tell them everything again from the start and then they will come back to you within 48 hours it's been almost 2 months now and the same problem
