dstv not responding poor service

I am very very angry with the service that i am recieving from dstv i have been calling now for 2weeks and no response from the team ***. I keep on talking to the call centre people. Everyone is like i will escalate the problem and you will be called in 24 hours no one has called me. Can you please just come and take your dstv from my house i will not be paying for it because of the service that i have been received, very very unhappy.
