DSTV not rendering the services paid for!

I paid my normal subscription last month for the month of October on the 28th September, a couple of days later my account was suspended. I called and I was reconnected again and I sent proof of payment but they said Finance is locating my payment. They have been cancelling the services I paid for over five times and keep telling me about their Finance haven not located my payment . It’s been a month and I’ve been calling them and my issue is still not resolved . It’s month end I should pay for the new month and I don’t know how much I’m supposed to pay because they still can’t locate my payment , and my bank confirmed the payment.
