Dstv not paying my money back

I disconnected my Dstv service this year, January 4th 2021. I had a credit balance which i asked them to refund me as i had been paying extra every month. I have spoken to so many people hat Dstv in the last 2 months that I have lost count. I am given a reference number whic is the same as my client number with Dstv. I supp**** proof of address, proof of Banking details and my ID. I was promised payment and nothing happens. I even received an email from a Mr Malefakong Matsitela Billing Escalations, saying that my reversal has been processed. I emailed him on multiple occasions and there has been no response. Everytime that I speak to a consultant, they say it will be paid but nothing happens. All I want is for Dstv to return MY money.
