DSTV not keeping their promises

On 28 March 2018 i received an sms from DSTV which read as follows:

Get a R250 cash voucher from DStv today only! Guaranteed! Reconnect to DStv Premium today (before 29 March)! Don't miss out, pay now goo.gl/FUQJfk. Your voucher will be delivered by SMS within 30 days. It's that easy! T&Cs apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

I followed the instructions as per sms to proceed and make a payment. The payment i made reflected on my Dstv account statement and the date is as per when i made my payment. I have made several calls to DSTV rergading the above issue and up until now it is not resolved. The last response i received from them was on Thursday 07 June 2018 at 11:05am to say the vouchers have already been sent out and i should confirm with them after 48hrs. I tried following up with DSTV yesterday and only to get a response to say my matter have been escalated and will receive feedback as soon as they have something. I also phoned today to check if there was any feedback and the lady i spoke to said there was no note left on my account and she would also escalate it to the relevant department.
