DStv not informing the customers that they’re not showing a match on SuperSport

One of the main reasons that many of us purchase a premium subscription to multi choice is because of super sport. Not many people as far as I am aware purchase it to watch the movies. Nevertheless that is just my comment. Dstv decided not to stream or show the Manchester city versus Watford game, which was a cup game on 24 September. I called the call center to ask them about this. The first consultant I spoke to was extremely rude and told me that the game is starting at 9 o’clock. It’s so happens. I received a notification on the superport app that Manchester city had in fact squad the scored the second goal at the exact time I was talking to her. She then cut the call. I hope superport will go through the recordings and see this for themselves. if you’re not going to stream a match or show it live, it would be nice if you could inform your customers because this is the reason that we pay the premiums that we do I had to go via another streaming application and subscribe just to watch that game. Very disappointing
