DSTV not honest with our subscription.

We have upgraded to be able to watch Kyknet's Boer soek 'n vrou program. It went well for a while and then suddenly we could no longer watch the program on catchup and receive every few minutes a message on the tv screen. We send an email, but they don't react on our email.
