DSTV not helpful

I was on the full dstv package, i cancelled and moved down to the compact package. dstv advised me that the will reverse my money back into my account. i called them numerous times and they said they will call me back. not once have they ever called me back. i wasted so much airtime. their agents do not know what they are speaking and they are confused. i have so many issues with dstv which i will know cancel. every time i called they never helped me with my query.
