Dstv not cool
For all the months I've been with dstv i go on their app to make payments all the time no problems the app will even tell me if i missed paid. I have a package where show max js part and then i have a decoder which means is all part of the package and you pay one installment for everything once i make payment everything is activated.Yesterday Sunday 25 July 2021 I did same went on app give me the balance and app made the payment this morning cant record or watch showmax only dish programs playing.. Phone in they saying i owe them 105.00?? Huh since when paying the balance is not the problem.. Why suddenly do I pay individually?? Is then a package?
