DStv not adhering to their advertised commitments

DStv clearly states on its website that if you have the DStv premium package you have access to Showmax at no extra cost. After having difficulty in trying to link Showmax to my premium package I contacted the online help service only to be told that Showmax is only available to people using a decoder with the DStv premium package. This is not mentioned at all on the website so DStv should fulfill their commitments according to what they advertise on their website
