DSTV not active

I was told my payment do reflects but there is no package loaded to my dstv online stream. I have escalated it and was told it will be corrected in 24 hours but its been more than 48 hours now with no luck the reference number for the problem is #INC-***.

I am losing two days now. I want this problem resolved as soon as possible.

I paid R699 for nothing but excuses.

I am extremely disappointed. I see there is a few clients that experience the same problem as I do.

My problem is still not resolved I cant watch sports at all and thats why I got the DSTV full streaming package. I want my account active and available to stream all channels before the end of the
