DSTV not able to resolve streaming problem.

I logged a problem on the 18th June and the DSTV hellopeter team said my problem was going to be resolved but up until now nothing has happened.

I am still not able to stream DSTV NOW and it seems no one at DSTV knows how to resolve the problem.

Please proceed to close my DSTV account, i activated the account and i wanted to use the streaming service now i am not getting the service i signed-up for.
