DStv nonsense service!!!!!

DStv seems like a novice company that just started yesterday, we have been sent from pillar to post, we have spoken to different consultants and each time they provide new information which wasn’t disclosed before. We signed up for the DStv streaming package and already paid but we’re not getting any assistance now. We have been waiting for hours to get a call back and we have also been hung up on. The consultants are *********** as well because they seem like they can’t use their own systems to check for info, once they’ve asked for info for us they suddenly have an aha moment when they realise they already have the information on their end. DStv you need to be upfront about your services and stop ****ing around with peoples money and time. Being a monopoly makes you think you can mess people around. We only want DStv for one channel and for a few programmes , we might as well get wakatv and stop with this nonsense.
