DSTV Nonsense

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from DSTV. Despite being told that the internet promo would cost R350/month, I discovered the agent provided incorrect information. DSTV admitted to the agent's error but refused to rectify the issue unless I cancelled my subscription.

To make matters worse, I was enrolled in the DSTV Compact package without my consent, resulting in an inflated monthly bill of over R800. When I raised this issue, I was informed it was a billing error and offered cancellation as a solution. This lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable.

I expect a more satisfactory resolution to this matter.
