For the past 2 months, I haven't been able tp watch my DSTV extraview but i have been paying for it. the issue started when i cancelled my insurance and my extraview decoder stopped playing. it started giving me an error A-143 and no communication from primary decoder. I have spent more than a R1000 on airtime trying to fix this problem I even had chats with robots on MyDstv app but the error was not cleared and they told me to go to multichoice agents with both my explora and my extraview decoders. they checked them and they said there is nothing wrong with both of them. they told me to get a an accredited installer to come and fix the error of which i did more than 4 times they came but the arror kept on coming back after an hour or 2.
