Dstv non service delivery#vote_of_no_convidence...

Ive **** a payment on the 10th of December 2018, received a message on the 15th of December 2018 that my payment has not been received, left my family at a Christmas party to go to the bank to get a proof of payment, today on the 17th of December 2018 they suspend my dstv even though I have send them the proof of payment that was already done on the 10th of December. My dstv costs me about 15000 Rands per annum and this is the service... and to be honest pathetic service one receives from dstv, and then you get the que system when you phone in on my expenses, just because dstv has neglected to do their job and me the client had to pay the price...non service delivery is a understatement. I'm deeply and utterly disappointed in the level of professionalism that dstv has put to the day.
