DStv - Non Service

All I want to do is connect my Holiday Home Package. Self Service is down. Phoned the helpline - guess what Service is not available. The Sales consultant that I was put through to - has no idea when the service will be available again !!!!! The non existent service from DStv is Unprofessional and Unacceptable.
