DSTV NON Online Streaming for R699

So i purchase a 1 month streaming package on the dstv website 4 days ago *28Feb2023). As of today (4 March 2023) still NO service. Customer care is passing me from pillar to post and keeping me on hold with no interest to assist in any way. The service is nothing short of pathetic.

After holding for 50 minutes I have given up and accepted the fact that I have been ****med out of R699.

I cannot wait for the DSTV monopoly on sports broadcasting to end.
