DSTV - NON EXISTING SERVICE

On 16 October 2022, I received an email that my contract with DSTV will come to an end on 23 October 2021. On the 22 October 2021 I received an email that my subscription has ended. I called Multichoice and the agent advised that she noticed that I have to contracts and that both are eligible for an upgrade. She asked me all the details eg. address etc. I gave her the respective addresses, first my daughter in law whose address is 4 Mopani Avenue, La Montagne, Pretoria. A decoder was delivered to that address on 3 November 2021. My address was at that stage 44 Bellevue Street, Gardens, Cape Town but in the mean time I moved to 4A Bertram Road, Seapoint, Cape Town and it was communicated with them. I received a sms on the 5th November stating that a contractor (PAL Electronics Pretoria) will install my decoder. PAL Electronics called me to schedule a appointment but I told the lady that I stay in Cape Town. She said that she will bring this to the attention of DSTV so that they can appoint another installer. Despite numerous phone calls and email correspondence, I am still without a decoder. Today I received an email from DSTV that their system shows that both decoders are active at 44 Bellevue Street, Gardens. And in the mean time, I am paying for both subscriptions, 3 months later. I can not understand why DSTV can not resolve this issue. It is beyond the worst service I have ever experienced.
