DSTV NON EXISTING FINANCE DEPARTMENT

I used the incorrect reference number's in August to October 2017. All proof of payment's has been send through and two of the payments has been captured. Since then my viewing has been suspended every 5 days. I have to phone in and explain the situation to the call centre agent which reconnect me again and make another note on the system for finance to allocate the payments. Today I had to call in again to reconnect and then I receive this sms. "We've stopped your DStv as you've not paid. To reconnect, pay R784.84 using ref no. ********** 3. Once paid, we'll reconnect you. To pay: payat.io/dstv/ ********** 3."
