Dstv non-existent reward- gimmicks

I want to register my displeasure w. r t. The Dstv rewards system. Prior to September 2021, it was indicated in their rewards page that I'll be receiving an upgrade to premium valued at R290.00. So I claimed the anniversary reward on 17 September 2021. The Cressage I got afterwards was that the reward will be activated by mid October 2021.

The date of my debit order has come and gone but there's still no reward loaded. On 15 October chatted with one of the consultants. The consultant mentioned something like I have to spin the wheel to access the reward which I dismissed outright as it was not part of the conditions of the reward.

So as we were chatting the consultant asked for my ID in order to verify my story. She just vanished afterwards. Please stop peddling lies under the guude of a reward system. This us just gimmick to market Dstv.
