Dstv non compliance to the offers send to there existing clients

On 28 April 2021 I got an offer from Dstv to upgrade to an explora ultra with a 24 month price lock. When I decided to take the offer I was in formed that due to affordability I don't qualify for the price lock deal. The best of the whole thing I'm already a Dstv client for more than 25 years without missing a single payment as I signed a stop order on my bank account. It was surprising to hear from Dstv that I don't qualify although the price lock on the explora ultra was R35.00 pm less than my current stop order with them but according to them I couldn't afford the offer This was something to laugh about.
