DSTV no service, no sales

My boyfriend has been phoning to try and upgrade his DSTV package, the phone just rings and rings, it never gets answered, the Whatsapp sms does not work, no sms is ever sent. I would think that with the current rate at which Multichoice are losing customer to Netflix and the like, as well as the virus situation in SA that they would be welcoming the additional business.
