Dstv No service insurers

DSTV Insurance doesn't even deserve a Star I've called and waited for 30 Min to be cut off I'm paying a premium for them to send an installer to fix my Problem with No signal .I was told to wait for another 40min Do they deduct a day of non viewing from my subscription fee monthly .They are utterly hopeless they should be in the same League as the Gov No service . May be we should start reporting there services abroad so they can. Actually see how hopeless they are .
