dstv no service, but debiting

I have been without tv for 3 weeks or more now, since the rain fall. My dstv doesn't work. I called and called and no help, what is it that I'm paying for when my children can not enjoy tv? WhatsApp is not helping, calling is not helping me and there is no repair center in vanderbijlpark nor sebokeng. Please help where must I go now? If you miss a payment they switch you off with costs, buy now they have not rendered service, yet they debit, why?
